How to refund?
The following is the refund situation:
Facts prove that the product is not qualified (you must make a declaration within 3 days of receiving our product) After the return occurs, we will deposit the money into your virtual account so that it can be used for the next order. If you need to process the return, please contact the customer service center, our staff will verify the refund for you.
What if the product is out of stock?

Why haven't I received the product for a long time?
1. If the delivery address, postal code, telephone, email address and other information in the order are incorrect or not detailed, it will affect the delivery of your order. So please ensure the accuracy of the above information so that the goods are sent out in time and accurately. If the address you choose is "work address", couriers and freight companies will not deliver goods on weekends or holidays, and the delivery time will be postponed.
2. Wrong choice of payment method and delivery method. If the delivery address on your order is not within the scope of delivery, please do not choose the delivery method of home delivery, otherwise the order may be regarded as an invalid order.
3. For orders delivered to your door or on delivery, if we have not contacted you for more than 7 days, we will cancel the order. The delivery person will deliver the product to your door. If you are not satisfied with a certain product or a few products, you can reject the product in person and only need to pay for the goods actually received.
4. If the remittance arrives but the delivery address is unknown, the remittance amount is insufficient or the stock is insufficient, we will keep it for you for 1 month, but the remittance amount will be placed in your company's account for your next order . Note: The order system for overtime payment will automatically cancel the order and notify you by email. If you continue to confirm the order, please pay in time. If there is no change in the price of the goods in the order at the time of receipt and there is inventory, the customer service staff will validate the order within 24 hours after receipt of the payment and issue the goods for you.
5. The name of the payee of the remittance form is incorrectly filled, and the payment cannot be received. Note: For overtime payment orders, the customer service staff will confirm with you again. If you continue to confirm the order, please pay in time. If there is no change in the price of the goods in the order at the time of receipt and there is inventory, we will make the order valid within 24 hours after receipt of the payment and issue the goods for you. For home delivery orders, if the consignee cannot be contacted within 2 days, we will cancel the order. If the delivery address of the order is fixed for a certain period of time to receive the goods, please clearly indicate in the "Special instructions in the delivery method" column of the order.
6. Possible reasons for not receiving all products:
A. Some commodities are out of stock; B. The courier and automobile transportation company lost the commodities in the distribution; C. The commodities were missed during delivery; D. The quantity of the commodities was less than the ordered quantity (due to insufficient inventory).
